Crafting and Performance: Battling the Inefficiency of Devotion
Take part in a panel discussion with COLLIDER artists, Adrienne Wong and Keely O’Brien, hosted by creator and crafter Amanda Sum. Learn more about Adrienne and Keely’s individual practices and how crafting activates, heightens and challenges their work. There will be a chance to ask the artists questions as part of the panel. WHAT’S IN A NAME?
Join Amanda Sum and two of this year’s HOLD ON LET GO artists Erika Mitsuhashi and Natalie Tin Yin Gan in an online convo about the names we give our artworks. What is the process of titling a work; when does it feel right; when does it need to change; and what are the deeper ideas that titles provoke out of our performances?
